This class aims to help those who suffer from injuries heal physically & emotionally.

Iyengar

A form of Hatha Yoga this class focuses on the structural alignment of the physical body & uses props as aids in performing poses.

Vinyasa Power Yoga

Build flexibility, cardiovascular & muscular strength.

Yogilates

The core strength training of pilates & the breath work of yoga combine to give participants a balanced sense of wellness.
